Up late writing a Theme and Variation for piano in Mozartian imitation
It’s due Thursday. The day I leave for Denmark.

Art is awesome.
After losing all of my work on my essay from last night and part of tonight in an unfortunate Microsoft Word malfunction, I have learned the beauty of “tragedy.”
Switched to Open Office, wrote almost three pages in 45 minutes, and still on a roll, and it’s an even better essay than it was before.
Except, I got distracted by the idea of JMW Turner and Jackson...
